Full basketball court to FIBA dimensions on a slab with run-off.
A single hoop end is a good fit for a driveway or school yard: a half court with the hoop at whichever end suits your site. You can also line basketball over netball or tennis on a multi-sport slab. Both options are in the Court Designer.
A full-size FIBA basketball court is 28 m long by 15 m wide, measured to the inside edge of the boundary lines. A half court is about 14 x 15 m.
The ring is 3.05 m (10 ft) above the floor. Backboards are 1.80 m wide by 1.05 m high.
The FIBA three-point arc has a radius of 6.75 m from the point beneath the centre of the ring, with straight sections 0.90 m in from each sideline.
We build full courts on a 32 x 19 m slab and half courts on 18 x 19 m, which leaves run-off space around the lines.
FIBA measures the court size to the inside edge of the boundary lines, so the boundary lines sit outside the 28 x 15 m. Tennis, netball and pickleball are measured to the outside edge, so their lines sit inside the dimensions.
